What You'll Earn:

• $40,000 Base Salary
• $20,000-$30,000+ GUARANTEED Annual Bonus (based on sales performance & controllable income)

• Kitchen Manager - Lead kitchen operations in a high-volume buffet environment
• Hospitality Manager - Drive guest experience and front-of-house excellence

What We're Looking For:

• 5-7 years of management experience in full-service restaurants

• No job hoppers - we value stability and commitment
• Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Fast-casual/QSR managers with high-volume experience and strong tenure will be considered

• Hours: 50-55+ hours/week (management-level commitment expected)
