We are looking for an organized Accounts Payable Clerk to support daily financial operations while also serving as a welcoming front-office presence. This position combines invoice and payment processing with administrative coordination to help keep the office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable balancing accounting tasks with receptionist responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
• Process vendor payments accurately and on schedule to maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Enter accounts payable transactions into Sage with close attention to coding and supporting documentation.
• Record job cost information in Sage to ensure expenses are assigned correctly.
• Manage incoming mail and distribute items to the appropriate team members.
• Greet visitors at the front entrance and provide helpful assistance as needed.
• Coordinate with outside service providers, including routine office vendors, to support daily operations.
• Keep shared areas such as the lobby, café, and conference rooms neat, presentable, and ready for use.
• Monitor office inventory and replenish supplies and beverages to maintain an efficient workplace.• Experience handling accounts payable functions, including invoice review, coding, and payment processing.
• Proficiency entering financial data into accounting software, preferably Sage.
• Ability to support check runs and maintain accurate payment records.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage both accounting and front-desk responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with visitors, vendors, and service providers.
• Familiarity with general administrative office support in an office environment.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with invoices and cost data.
