Position Overview Position Requirements 1099 opening in charming Savannah, GA, with team-oriented practice at Candler Hospital and St. Joseph's Hospital with a high degree of autonomy. Responsibilities Pre‑anesthesia assessment Obtains and/or verifies patient consent Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition Performance of clinical intervention as needed Requirements Master’s Degree from an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant Program Complies with American Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants licensure guidelines Shift & Schedule Monday‑Thursday 07:00‑15:00, call and non‑call opportunities, other shifts also available. Team Leadership Team leadership provided by Chief Anesthetist Smita Patel (Candler Hospital) and Chief Anesthetist Katelyn Hillard / Jonathan Hester (St. Joseph’s Hospital).
