Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions
• Provide exceptional service through clear communication and consistent follow‑through & follow‑up
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services
• Cultivate, maintain and build strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Establish and meet marketing goals with agent & team members
• Manage renewals, policy updates, and cross‑selling opportunities with professionalism and accuracy
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry best practices

Requirements

• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Proven experience in insurance sales (Property & Casualty or Life & Health, Auto preferred).
• Active insurance license(s)
• Self‑motivated & detail oriented
• Punctuality
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
