Production Supervisor

This is a working supervisor role. These positions are temp to hire. We have 2‑day shift and 1 night shift available. The hours are 7:00 am to 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm to 7:00 am. You will be working a 2‑2‑3 schedule. Pay will be between $38 to $40 /hr. If you meet the qualifications below, you may apply by visiting our website at Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Experience leading production teams Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, or process manufacturing Strong understanding of safety procedures and SOP compliance Ability to work a 12‑hour schedule Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to lead from the floor in a hands‑on environment Responsibilities Shift Leadership & Production Execution Lead daily production activities during assigned shift Coordinate operator assignments and priorities Ensure production schedules are executed effectively Maintain production flow and identify bottlenecks Assist with production activities as needed Support shift handoffs and communication between crews Safety & Compliance Enforce PPE requirements and safety procedures Identify and correct unsafe behaviors and conditions Conduct safety discussions and reinforce expectations Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies Escalate safety concerns immediately Team Leadership & Development Coach and develop operators Support onboarding and training efforts Identify skill gaps and development opportunities Hold team members accountable to established standards Foster a culture of ownership and professionalism Process Discipline & Quality Ensure operators follow approved procedures Reinforce process discipline and documentation accuracy Prevent shortcuts, workarounds, and unauthorized process changes Support quality and batch record compliance Housekeeping & Facility Standards Maintain clean, organized, and inspection‑ready work areas Reinforce facility standards throughout the shift Ensure equipment and workspaces are properly maintained Promote a culture of pride in the workplace Communication & Escalation Communicate production status and shift performance Escalate equipment, staffing, quality, or safety concerns Ensure leadership has accurate and timely information Support problem‑solving and issue resolution #J-18808-Ljbffr GoodWork Staffing
