What Youll Do

As a Business Development Manager, youll be the face of CFS to our clients. You will sell our staffing and recruiting services by:

• Developing and growing new business accounts
• Building lasting relationships with clients across industries
• Managing the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to account management
• Connecting via phone, email, video, and in-person meetings
• Delivering win-win solutions that drive success for clients and candidates

What You Get

• Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission. The average employee in the company makes $65k-100k in Y1, $70k-100k+ in Y2.
