Program Lead

Program Lead – Full‑Time Position Location: Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, United States Shift: 1st Shift – Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay rate: $19 per hour (up to $21/hr with enhanced pay option) Summary Responsible for managing day‑to‑day operations of assigned program(s) and ensuring delivery of high‑quality services to participants, while supervising staff and maintaining client safety. Key Responsibilities Coordinate program activities and oversee service delivery. Provide guidance, support, and direction to staff members. Assign duties and responsibilities to staff based on program needs and individual strengths. Conduct regular check‑ins, give performance feedback, and address improvement areas. Ensure safety and security of clients and staff by enforcing policies and procedures. Monitor client behavior, de‑escalate conflicts, and address concerns. Respond to emergencies or crises following established protocols. Act as Lead staff and point person when on shift. Prepare and manage house schedules in coordination with the Program Manager. Perform Direct Care responsibilities (ADL, food preparation/feeding, supervise required). Manage medication administration. Handle incident management in coordination with Program Manager and QCO. Manage household needs (menu development, grocery shopping, housekeeping, maintenance). Ensure ongoing upkeep and maintenance of assigned home (cleanliness, lightbulb changes, filter cleanings, repairs). Qualifications Must be 18 years old. Must have a verifiable high school diploma/G.E.D. or 4–5 years' experience in a human services residential setting. 1–3 years of total experience required. Willingness to obtain NADSP Certification within first year of hire, if required. Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to make quick decisions and remain calm under pressure.
