Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and motivated therapist to join our growing team. Clinicians will provide outpatient psychotherapy services to a diverse population and will have flexibility in developing clinical specialties and shaping their caseload. Ideal for Clinicians A supportive and collaborative private practice setting Flexible scheduling Strong referral flow Administrative and billing support Opportunities for long-term professional growth Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families Complete clinical documentation in a timely and ethical manner Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans Collaborate with providers, schools, physicians, and referral sources when appropriate Maintain HIPAA‑compliant and ethical clinical practices Participate in occasional consultation and team collaboration Qualifications LPC, LCPC, PLPC, LMSW, LCSW, or related licensure in Missouri and/or Kansas Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently while functioning within a collaborative team environment Experience working with anxiety, ADHD, trauma, autism, neurodivergent populations, children/adolescents, or family systems is welcomed but not required Preferred Qualifications Fully licensed clinicians preferred, though provisionally licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply Bilingual clinicians encouraged to apply Experience with neurodivergent‑affirming or trauma‑informed care is a plus Interest in collaboration with psychological assessment and integrative care services is welcomed Compensation & Benefits Competitive W-2 compensation structure Flexible scheduling Administrative and billing support Established referral base Hybrid flexibility may be available HRA/benefit support available Supportive and collaborative practice culture Opportunities for professional growth within an expanding practice Ideal Candidate Compassionate and client-centered Organized and reliable Interested in collaborative care Passionate about helping diverse populations Motivated to grow professionally within a supportive practice environment To Apply Please submit: Resume/CV Brief statement of clinical interests and populations served Licensure information Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related mental health field Active or eligible licensure in Missouri and/or Kansas (LPC, LCPC, PLPC, LMSW, LCSW, or related license) Ability to independently manage a clinical caseload and maintain professional documentation standards Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and client‑centered care Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy services preferred Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, ADHD, autism, anxiety, trauma, or neurodivergent populations is welcomed but not required Comfortable using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and professional standards of practice Reliable, motivated, and interested in long‑term professional growth within a growing private practice Learn more about our practice at: Kansas City Psychology #J-18808-Ljbffr Asian Americans for Community Involvement (AACI)
