Position Summary: This high-energy position requires customer service, assertiveness, excellent oral and written communications, and superb organizational skills. The Student Admin serves as the primary point of contact for the internal and external constituents on matters pertaining to the COSMIAC Research Center objectives within the SOE Research Support Office. The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, facilitating, and administering the day-to-day operations of the COSMIAC office, providing front desk support, including answering the telephone, greeting/assisting visitors, accepting deliveries, and aiding in security processing for new hiring working with ISP, SFPC officer. Scheduling/coordinating meetings and events and handling multiple calendars. Assisting with processing travel and expense reimbursements. Work-study eligible. Position will be available through the summer with potential to continue during the academic year.
Minimum Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using software in Java, Python, Photoshop, HTML, and CSS programming language
- Ability to travel to COSMIAC which is located by the Albuquerque Sunport.
