Production Supervisor

5743 Smithway Street Suite 103 Commerce, CA 90040, USA Description What You’ll Do Ensure production departments operate at maximum efficiency Supervise daily production activities including schedules, priorities, productivity, quality, safety, and KPIs Ensure timely and accurate food production including setup, staging, changeovers, allergen controls, and sanitation Monitor KPIs, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions Coach, train, and develop team members while removing operational barriers Manage staffing activities including hiring support, scheduling, assignments, performance reviews, and time approvals Coordinate with other departments and manage team communicationCoach and discipline employees as needed Provide supervision, guidance, and development to employees Build accountability, trust, and respect across teams Reinforce processes, systems, and standards Manage conflict and delegate work to team leads Respond to unplanned downtime and restore safe operations Ensure equipment is properly handled and maintained Ensure materials and equipment availability for production schedules Support and execute operational improvement projects What You Bring 2-3 years of supervisory experience in fast-paced manufacturing or food production (chilled food preferred) Education in culinary arts, food safety, or management preferred HACCP, ServSafe, or CCP certification a plus Bilingual English and Spanish required Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills Ability to lead under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and develop teams Ability to work in cold, damp environments and remain physically active throughout shifts Working Conditions Food manufacturing facility with cold, wet, and damp environments PPE required and provided Physically active role requiring prolonged standing and walking Frequent bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and other physical movement May lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Requires full mobility and continuous presence on the production floor Regular communication and coordination with production teams throughout shifts Base Pay: $22.66 USD/ hourly Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.For further information, please review the Know Your Rights notice from the Department of Labor. #J-18808-Ljbffr Revolution LLC
