Director of Technology Operations

Director of Technical Enterprise Systems We are seeking a Director of Technical Enterprise Systems to lead enterprise technology strategy, IT operations, and infrastructure for a growing investment advisory firm. This leadership role partners closely with executive leadership to ensure systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals. What You’ll Do Lead the firm’s technology strategy, roadmap, and governance Oversee IT operations , infrastructure, and internal support functions Drive system optimization, integrations, and enterprise platforms Partner cross-functionally to enhance efficiency and scalability Lead cybersecurity, risk management, and business continuity planning Manage technology vendors, platforms, and strategic partnerships Build and develop a high-performing IT team What We’re Looking For 7+ years in technology leadership or enterprise systems management Strong background in IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity Experience leading enterprise applications, integrations, and vendors Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution Must be able to work on-site in Nashville, TN Preferred Experience Financial services, wealth management, or RIA environment Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce/Practifi, Black Diamond, Microsoft 365, Wealthscape Experience supporting multi-location or hybrid environments Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, cybersecurity credentials ) If you’re a strategic technology leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building scalable systems and teams, we’d love to connect.
