Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,134–$2,202 per week Guaranteed hours: 0 Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 5x8 days (8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) Start date: 06/22/2026 Facility/work setting: outpatient PT within a critical access hospital environment Responsibilities Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations for outpatient clients Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans to promote function and mobility Deliver PT interventions including therapeutic exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and appropriate modalities Reassess patient progress and document outcomes in the EMR; communicate findings to the care team Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and activity modification Ensure patient safety and infection control, and coordinate with other outpatient services as needed Requirements Active Physical Therapy license in the state of practice (California) BLS certificate required 1 year of experience in the specified unit specialty within the last 3 months; 2 years preferred Experience in an outpatient setting Ability to work in an outpatient clinic environment and complete a daytime shift (08:30–17:00) Benefits and Support Dedicated recruiter and travel support throughout the assignment 24/7 recruiter and travel support Fast credentialing to minimize onboarding time Nationwide travel assignments availability Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
