Pay Rate: $22.28 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat10:45 PM - 07:15 AMSun10:45 PM - 07:15 AM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of technology and telecommunications facilities, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation. Assist with security‑related support for a technology‑focused workplace, including directing visitors, reporting maintenance or facility concerns, and communicating observations to site leadership. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
