As a Screener in a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will help maintain a welcoming, controlled environment by screening visitors and/or personnel, verifying access credentials, monitoring entry points, and reporting security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that acts with integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.17 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access screening protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Screen personnel and permitted items entering the technology-focused location using assigned equipment and established procedures, escalating concerns in accordance with site policies. Verify identification, access credentials, and visitor authorization while maintaining accurate screening-related logs and records. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to site leadership and emergency responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas, entry points, and surrounding business perimeter, reporting unusual activity or conditions. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
