Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies that lead to informed and effective treatment planning.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.

• Facilitate psychoeducational sessions and support groups aimed at addressing common mental health challenges, helping participants build resilience and community.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure a seamless and holistic approach to patient care, actively participating in interdisciplinary meetings.

• Offer crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, using decisiveness and clinical judgment to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
