Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking Waitress / Server to support guests in a full-service restaurant. Reporting to the restaurant manager, this role will deliver attentive table service and provide full-service guest interaction in both languages.

 

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and support a welcoming dining experience.
  • Provide attentive table service throughout each guest’s visit.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders.
  • Guide guests through the menu and answer questions in English and Spanish.
  • Process guest payments accurately.
  • Build positive guest relationships and respond to service needs.
  • Complete opening and closing duties.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant serving experience.
  • Bilingual English-Spanish communication skills.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems.
