We are seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing employees, inventory, shipping and receiving, productivity, safety, and overall warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Supervise, train, and support warehouse employees.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor employee productivity and performance.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Ensure products and materials are properly organized, labeled, and stored.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Monitor loading and unloading activities.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
• Enforce company safety policies and procedures.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and delays.
• Communicate with management regarding staffing, inventory, production, and operational needs.
• Work with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee evaluations as needed.
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Help develop and implement procedures to improve productivity and reduce errors.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
• Basic computer skills; experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Ability to train, motivate, and manage employees effectively.
• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
