Coordinator III

We are seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator III. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring operational efficiency by managing vendor relationships, monitoring work order aging, and conducting data analysis. salary: $24.43 - $24.44 per hour

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for service providers, ensuring compliance and performance standards are met.
• Work Order Management: Track and manage aging work orders to ensure timely resolution and service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize Excel to analyze data, review vendor proposals, and support business performance reviews.
• Compliance & Administration: Assist with violation tracking, mail sorting/tracking, and administrative documentation.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in property, vendor, or program management.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with  Advanced Excel skills (required: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Soft Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, handle shifting priorities, and use an investigative mindset to resolve issues.
