Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, as well as group therapy and family therapy, utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Work closely with other mental health practitioners, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and implement comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups that empower clients and families with valuable coping strategies and information about mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention services as required, conducting risk assessments and safety planning to ensure clients' immediate needs are met effectively.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation as per ethical and legal standards, contributing to the continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
