Business Process Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a business process analyst in the Orlando area. This will be a fully onsite Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm position. The Business Process Analyst is responsible for supporting operational excellence and business transformation initiatives through process analysis, process mapping, documentation, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement. This role partners with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, evaluate current workflows, and implement solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, quality, and customer experience.

The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, process improvement methodologies, and strong communication skills to translate business challenges into practical and sustainable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Organizational Development, Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, operations analysis, continuous improvement, business transformation, or a related function.
Experience creating process maps, workflows, and business documentation.
Experience gathering business requirements and working with stakeholders across multiple departments.
Strong understanding of process improvement and problem-solving methodologies.
Experience conducting root cause analysis and identifying process improvement opportunities.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Experience presenting recommendations and findings to business stakeholders.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Green Belt, or equivalent certification.
Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or other process-mapping tools.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and project lifecycle concepts.
Experience supporting organizational change initiatives.
Exposure to business transformation, operational excellence, or consulting environments.
Experience creating KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics.
Familiarity with ERP, HRIS, CRM, or enterprise business systems.
