- Prepare and analyze financial statements for multiple entities, partnering with managers to understand financial performance and variances.
- Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies.
- Manage executive payroll for approximately 50 employees using ADP Workforce Manager.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting in response to ad hoc requests from leadership and ownership.
- Support financial reporting and analytics related to ongoing organizational growth and business initiatives.
- 4-6+ years of accounting experience, ideally within hospitality, real estate, or public accounting serving hospitality/real estate clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong financial statement, month-end close, reconciliation, and Excel skills; experience with Sage 300 and/or Sage Fixed Assets is preferred.
