Job Description
Exciting Opportunity for CT Tech/Rad Tech!

Job Description:


- Review patient history and physician's orders to provide high-quality care.
- Educate patients about procedures, equipment, and exams to ensure understanding and cooperation.
- Prepare and administer contrast media and/or medications within your scope of practice when ordered.
- Monitor patient conditions continuously and report/respond to changes in status as appropriate.
- Prepare necessary equipment and supplies for imaging procedures.
- Implement safety standards and perform quality control procedures on equipment.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and/or report equipment malfunctions when necessary.
- Accurately position patients and perform imaging procedure(s).
- Analyze results and identify issues with imaging quality.
- Take appropriate actions to resolve image quality issues, including repositioning patients and repeating procedures.
- Enter, transmit, and report scan results efficiently.

Requirements:


- Must have BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Must have ARRT certification in RD & CT.
- Education: Associate degree in radiologic technology; completion of CT technology certificate program preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Radiology & CT.
- Ability to float between X-ray & CT departments as needed.
- Shifts: (4) 10-hour shifts, Monday - Thursday.
