Enrollment Associate

Providing support to prospective students, the full-time remote Enrollment Associate will manage inbound and outbound calls and chat inquiries, offering product and service information while facilitating the enrollment process through effective communication and relationship-building. Key responsibilities Generate rapport with prospective students by delivering excellent customer service and meeting key performance indicators Act as a subject matter expert to provide consultations and overcome objections during enrollment discussions Accurately gather and verify information, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up with inquiries Required qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education One year of call center or customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment Prior experience in higher education or consultative sales is a plus Strong understanding of UMass Global and its programs Aptitude for learning new software applications quickly Virtual Vocations Inc
