• Provide tailored mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), for clients experiencing stress, anxiety, and other mental health concerns.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand each client's unique stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, subsequently customizing mindfulness practices to fit individual needs.

• Lead mindfulness exercises and guided meditation sessions to foster self-awareness and emotional regulation among clients.
\n
• Facilitate group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and building resilience, allowing clients to learn from one another in a supportive environment.

• Incorporate mindfulness techniques into one-on-one therapy sessions to effectively address clients’ specific mental health issues and support their journey toward personal growth.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to integrate mindfulness into a comprehensive treatment plan, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and mindfulness interventions, keeping well-organized records to support accountability and continuity of care.

• Participate in continual professional development through ongoing training in mindfulness practices and personal reflection to enhance your skills and expertise.

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals grappling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. You will work with clients from different backgrounds, ages, and life experiences, providing personalized care to help them navigate their challenges.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Nevada.

• Fundamental training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is preferred; however, a strong willingness to learn and grow in this area is essential.

• Proficient in employing mindfulness techniques within therapeutic interactions.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, coupled with empathy and the ability to foster a calming therapeutic environment for clients.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a mental health therapist with a focus on mindfulness-based approaches in therapy.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and delivering mental health services remotely is advantageous.

• Strong familiarity with current trends in mental health care and mindfulness practices.
