Responsibilities What You’ll Do As a Machine Operator at ERMCO, you’ll: Operate and monitor machinery to support daily production goals Set up machines with correct specs and materials based on work orders Inspect materials and parts to ensure they meet our quality standards Perform basic maintenance tasks and report mechanical issues Accurately package finished products for the next stage of production Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace Move and handle materials safely throughout the production floor You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in what we build — powering homes, businesses, and entire communities.
