This remote position allows mental health professionals to work from home while maintaining access to a supportive team environment. Our outpatient office setting is characterized by collaboration and respect among professionals, enabling you to effectively communicate and connect with other healthcare providers. We leverage telehealth technologies to bring therapy directly to our clients, ensuring accessibility and convenience. The work hours will be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Recognize signs and symptoms of various mental health disorders and apply evidence-based treatment interventions tailored to the needs of each client.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique challenges, periodically tracking progress and adjusting treatment accordingly.

• Ensure the utmost confidentiality of client information, adhering to professional ethical standards and HIPAA regulations at all times.

• Work in concert with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to offer a holistic approach to client care, integrating various therapeutic modalities where appropriate.

• Serve as a patient advocate, particularly in crisis situations, to effectively navigate emergency problems and provide timely interventions.

• Engage in continuous professional development through supervision and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele facing an array of mental health challenges, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our clients seek support for conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Active LMFT license in the state of Pennsylvania with no history of disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance coverage, and a 401(k) plan with company contributions.
