Accounts Payable Specialist

Description Funko is a purveyor of pop culture and licensed collectibles, holding thousands of licenses and producing millions of figures worldwide. What You’ll Do Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable invoices. Prepare batch check runs, wire transfers, and ACH transactions. Manage the accounts payable inbox with other team members. Serve as the key point of contact for internal and external AP inquiries. Maintain timely and courteous communication with vendors and departments. Drive efficiencies and improvements for AP processes, ensuring SOX compliance. Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions. File, maintain, and distribute accounting documents, records and reports. Investigate and resolve invoice processing issues. Perform other duties assigned to support the accounting department. What You’ll Bring 2+ years accounts payable experience, including high volumes (2,000+ invoices/month). Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven organizational and time‑management skills. Detail orientation with strong customer service focus. Proactive in anticipating issues and thoughtful problem solving. Strong computer skills, especially Excel and Word; intermediate‑to‑advanced Excel required. Scheduling flexibility and ability to work overtime as needed. Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred. Salary Information The base hourly range for this position in the selected city is $20.77 - $24.52, subject to variation based on qualifications, skills, experience, and location. Compensation may include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
