From reviewing land development plans to leading stormwater design and managing public works initiatives, your work will directly contribute to safer, smarter, more resilient communities.Key ResponsibilitiesMunicipal Engagement & RepresentationServe as Township or Borough Engineer, providing direct client supportAttend municipal meetings and present technical findings with clarity and confidenceBuild, maintain, and strengthen long-term municipal relationshipsProject Management & Plan ReviewLead review of development plans for compliance with local ordinances related to:Subdivision & Land DevelopmentZoningGradingStormwaterManage escrow accounts, oversee construction administration, and coordinate with stakeholdersEngineering Design & Technical WorkDesign stormwater systems and detention basinsOversee infrastructure rehabilitation projectsPrepare permitting packages for state and local agenciesProduce detailed technical reports, feasibility studies, and engineering assessmentsConstruction & Administrative SupportProvide contract administration, permitting oversight, budget tracking, and project coordinationSupport contractors, clients, and internal teams throughout construction phasesClient & Business DevelopmentActively contribute to municipal account managementIdentify opportunities to expand services and drive growth in municipal and utility engineeringSupport strategic initiatives to enhance regional presenceQualifications:B.S. in Civil Engineering or equivalent7-10 years of relevant engineering experienceBackground in:Municipal EngineeringMunicipal Client RepresentationSubdivision & Land Development Plan ReviewStormwater / Drainage Plan ReviewMS-4 Programs (including PRPs)Public Works DesignAutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferredRegistered Professional Engineer (PE) in Pennsylvania (required)Strong written and verbal communication skillsWhy is This a Great Opportunity:High-impact role with direct influence on community developmentStrong professional visibility through municipal representationOpportunity to lead, innovate, and drive positive changeSupportive, collaborative engineering environmentIf you're ready to play a key role in advancing public infrastructure and strengthening communities across Pennsylvania, this position offers the perfect platform for your next career move.
