Pay Range $38.20 - $57.30 Where You Will Work In the Neonatal Intensive Care Nursery at LCH 7S, we provide critical, life‑saving newborn care. We are a level IV NICU with 53 licensed beds and serve the most acutely ill and vulnerable patients. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. PALS certification required within 6 months of hire. One year of pediatric in‑patient RN experience preferred. Responsibilities Provide coordinated comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Use evidence‑based practice and clinical decision making to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
