• Outpatient Only – No inpatient, no call

• Patient Population: Mostly adults & teens
\n
• Coverage Need: Support for overflow from existing physician
\n
• Autonomy: Provider practices independently after onboarding
\n
• Training: Conducted in Austin with lead physician
\n
• Clinical Focus: \n

  • Neurological exams & assessments
  \n
  • Brain injury evaluations & treatment
  \n
\n
• Brain Injury Experience: Preferred
\n
• EMR: OpenEMR
\n
• Census: TBD
\n
• Care Model: Collaborative, value-based care
\n
• Non-Clinical Expectations: Participation in meetings, business development & community events
\n
• Supervision: None required
\n

• Schedule: Monday–Friday
\n
• Weekends: None
\n
• Call: None
\n
• Support Staff: MAs, front desk, and clinic support team
\n

\n
• Texas Medical License – in hand or applied
\n
• DEA License – Required
\n
• BLS Certification – Required
\n
• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible
\n

• Open to New Grads (no 2027 graduates)
\n
• Experience Preferred: 2+ years (not required)
\n
• Comfortable working independently after training
\n
• Strong interest in collaborative, value-based care

• Base Salary: $350,000
\n
• Bonus Potential: DOE (discussed directly with client)
