Inside Sales and Support Manager
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI.
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday
Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 + bonus

In this role, you will lead and develop our Inside Sales and Sales Support teams, ensuring operational efficiency and high performance. Your expertise will help expand market reach, optimize workflows, and elevate customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to implement actionable strategies, support key accounts, and maintain our reputation as an industry innovator.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication, coaching, and organizational abilities
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales metrics and trends
- Expertise in developing and executing account prospecting and penetration strategies
- Customer relationship management excellence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in the tool, equipment, or industrial product categories
- Familiarity with sales pipeline management and territory development
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Other Requirements:
- Experience with planning, goal setting, and performance management
- Ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to support business objectives with flexibility and a proactive approach
