We host multiple employee events throughout the year and provide a fun atmosphere where employees look forward to coming to work!Job Responsibilities:Coordinate all aspects of the staffing and onboarding process, including advertising, scheduling and conducting interviews, conducting pre-employment checks, and assisting with new employee orientationsAssist with the administration of the HR System - ADPAssist in processing bi-weekly payrollComplete benefits administration, including enrolling employees in benefits and answering benefit-related questionsAssist with the administration of training, including training sessions and working with management to ensure training is completed on timeComplete various HR-related reportingAdministrative and clerical dutiesWork closely with employees and managers to answer questions and resolve issuesJob Requirements:Degree in Human Resources or two years experience in a related fieldHighly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookType 50 wpmStrong interpersonal skillsOrganizedDetail orientedAbility to meet deadlinesTeam orientedAbility to work in a fast paced environmentExcellent written and oral communication skillsSince our inception in 1983, Grizzly Industrial, Inc. has become one of the USA's largest providers of woodworking and metalworking machinery, tools and related accessories, with almost a million square feet of warehouse space in two states.
