This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leading full-spectrum HR operations, enhancing employee experience, strengthening engagement, and developing scalable processes to support an expanding workforce.HR Manager Responsibilities:Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from headcount approval through onboarding, in a high-growth environment where hiring is a key priorityDevelop and implement innovative employee retention and engagement strategiesPartner with leadership to identify talent needs and develop workforce planning initiativesServe as a trusted partner to site leadership, providing guidance on HR best practicesCollaborate with corporate and cross-functional HR teams to align local initiatives with broader organizational strategiesAnalyze HR trends and metrics to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement effortsLead employee relations activities with a proactive and solution-oriented approachFoster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace cultureAddress employee concerns professionally and effectivelyPartner with Learning & Development teams to design and deliver training programsSupport the execution of learning strategies that promote employee growth and organizational successEnsure compliance with all applicable employment laws, policies, and proceduresOversee HR systems, benefits administration, and site-level HR processesManage Workers' Compensation and FMLA programsEnsure accurate and timely payroll processingOversee HR administrative functions and systemsCoach, mentor, and develop HR team members, including HR Coordinators, Recruiters, and Payroll staffDrive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencySupport Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives to promote a safe workplaceParticipate in cross-functional projects and initiativesRequirements for HR Manager:- At least six years of general Human Resources experience, including at least 2 years in a Human Resources Manager or Human Resources Business Partner role - Experience leading and developing direct reports - Prior employee and labor relations experience - Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices - Excellent organizational, relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Manufacturing industry experience preferred - Experience with payroll administration preferred - Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Paylocity preferred - Experience implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives is a plus - Lean and/or Six Sigma experience is a plus
