The Experience Join our world-class Customer Success Employee Success Business Partner (ESBP) team. We are seeking a strategic HR/ESBP leader who embodies our culture and values, with a strong track record of influencing executive stakeholders and delivering measurable business results in complex, fast-paced technology environments. You will partner directly with leaders driving long-term vision and strategy for a very critical employee base. In this role, you will align people strategy with business objectives, enabling growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness across a large-scale portfolio. What You'll Actually Be Doing Executive Partnership & Strategic Advising Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. Influence business and talent priorities through strong executive relationships and professional credibility.
