KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Forensic Technology to join our Advisory Services practice. Responsibilities: Supervise team members and manage resource allocation for eDiscovery engagements Advise clients on eDiscovery workflows, including review analytics and TAR workflows Deliver presentations and training on KPMG products and services Consult on eDiscovery workflows such as data processing and productions using Relativity and other tools Drive business development initiatives by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities Lead the preparation of proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) for eDiscovery and related services Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, law firms, and corporate legal departments to generate repeat business and new service lines Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications: Minimum eight years of recent experience as a review manager in the legal industry Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Demonstrated ability to develop and execute on a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth and expand market share Familiarity with emerging AI trends and their potential impact on the future of eDiscovery and forensic investigations Relativity Certified Administrator preferred; experience with Reveal/Brainspace and Relativity Analytics Strong client service skills Willingness to travel up to ten percent Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa) Master's degree from an accredited college or university is required KPMG LLP and its subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
