Business Development & Outside Sales Rep

As for the schedule, you'll work from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and travel as needed throughout your territory.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As our entry-level Business Development & Outside Sales Rep, you'll be responsible for identifying prospective customers, initiating sales conversations, and educating people on our extensive products and services. Your focus will be on customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and clientele expansion. With an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude, you'll travel door-to-door to meet with prospects and get them interested in our company. You'll answer questions, provide pricing quotes, and help prospects see the benefits of partnering with us.

You'll find these prospects through various channels, including business directories, customer referrals, local clubs and organizations, conferences, and trade shows. Collaborating with internal teams as needed, you'll help meet company objectives and ensure current and new customers are fully satisfied!

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM OUR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & OUTSIDE SALES REP?

• 18+ years old
• Bachelor's degree in a field such as business or communication
• High school degree or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Ability to travel to customers throughout your territory
• Self-motivation to build relationships with customers and secure more business
