Key Responsibilities In this role, you will bridge the gap between management, field personnel, and clients. You will own the success of your job sites by: Leading from the Front: Supervise, direct, and mentor field technicians and CDL operators to build a cohesive, high-performing team. Championing Safety: Cultivate a zero-incident safety culture by conducting Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), completing work audits, and ensuring strict compliance with company and client safety regulations. Operational Excellence: Assign daily workloads, optimize crew productivity, and coordinate project staffing for maximum efficiency. Client Relations: Act as the primary professional point of contact on-site, answering client questions and solving problems on the fly. Quality Control & Documentation: Review and accurately complete job sheets, reports, and inspections, while ensuring company equipment and vehicles are maintained flawlessly. Proven Leadership: Previous supervisory or leadership experience ().
