Your Responsibilities as a Real Estate Sales Agent:

Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales.
Build connections that deeply resonate with clients, creating more sales opportunities.
Meet with potential buyers and sellers to understand their home preferences and show them properties that match their criteria.
Conduct engaging open houses to showcase our listings.
Oversee the entire process, from listing to closing, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
Attract potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Become a local expert – know the community and market inside out, confidently addressing questions about potential homes, similar properties, and the neighborhood.

Real Estate Sales Agent Requirements:

Previous sales experience is a plus.
Embrace a tech-savvy approach.
Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Be self-motivated and driven by ambition.
Possess outstanding organization and time management abilities.
A valid Real Estate License is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $175,000.00 per year
