Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility and convenience for both our staff and clients. As a mental health counselor, you will conduct therapy sessions via telehealth, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a strong commitment to patient care. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the possibility for some evening shifts to accommodate patient scheduling needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the needs and objectives of clients seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.

• Respond proactively to crisis situations, delivering timely intervention and support to clients experiencing substance-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about addiction, effective recovery strategies, and available community resources, fostering a deeper understanding of the recovery process.

Your primary focus will be on individuals facing challenges with substance use disorders, including but not limited to alcohol, opioids, and other addictive substances. These clients may vary in age, background, and readiness for change, requiring counselors to demonstrate a high degree of empathy, patience, and adaptability. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field is required for this position.

• Must have a valid and active license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n
