Job Summary:
Flexforce Staffing is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician (Night Shift)
9:00 PM – 5:30 AM | Full-Time
Some weekends & overtime requiredto perform laboratory testing and quality inspections to ensure products meet food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform microbiological, chemical, antibiotic, and product testing
- Test finished products and raw materials
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment
- Monitor product weights and quality
- Complete accurate paperwork and documentation
- Follow GMP, SOP, SQF, food safety, and PPE requirements
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment
- Communicate quality issues with other departments
Requirements:
- Associate degree and/or related experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of microbiology/lab experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, wet environment
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
