Full Time - Merchandising Service Associate - Day

Your Impact at Lowe's As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate, you are a key connection point between Merchandising and Store Operations, enabling a great shopping experience in every Lowe's store. If you want to build eye‑catching displays and implement strategies that showcase in‑demand products, you'll enjoy working with our Merchandising Services Team. Your Day at Lowe's Ensuring store signage, pricing, and displays are accurate so merchandise is easy to locate. Creating product displays that are safe, clean, visually appealing, and easy for customers to access. May interact with customers when needed, answering questions, communicating product or warranty information, and assisting with locating merchandise. Key Responsibilities Complete merchandising resets and service‑related projects according to Lowe's specifications and provide proof of completion. Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping. Update and validate wayfinding and product location signage, and maintain digital records of this information. Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace missing price labels. Help drive add‑on sales by staging clearance products, sorting products, and ensuring displays are appropriately placed. Repair or replace damaged or missing items, including signage, merchandise and displays. Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager. Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in‑store service to store, market, and corporate leaders. Complete other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction). Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others. Utilize web‑based computer programs to complete assigned tasks. Ability to sit and stand for long periods. Can lift up to 25 lbs unassisted; lifts over 25 lbs with or without accommodation. Preferred Qualifications Experience on Lowe's sales floor. Experience in product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays. Experience operating power equipment such as lifts and order pickers. Working knowledge of essential hand tools (drills, saws, etc.). Working Conditions Both indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Exposure to varying climates, including extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy or drafty conditions. Noise interruptions may occur. Lifts to 75 lbs single; team lifts for heavier loads. Requires use of powered equipment as needed.
