QUALIFICATIONS

One to two years building maintenance experience Proficiency in English required; proficiency in a second language preferred Valid driver’s license preferred

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with beautification work as necessary. Perform groundwork to ensure facility surrounding is free of hazards and/or debris. Replenish restroom supplies and ensure restrooms are sanitized hourly. Sweep, mop, vacuum, empty trash, clean windows, sanitation etc. regularly and as necessary Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor.
