Restaurant Manager

The Manager is responsible for opening and/or closing a store. The duties include handling operational procedures, assisting staff, providing customer service, supervising cleaning staff, setting alarms, and keeping the entry area clean and organized.

  • Follows written or verbal instructions by supervisors.
  • Professionally communicates with management and staff.
  • Manages where and how everything is stored.
  • Ensures opening and closing procedures are being executed to expectation.
  • Coaches front of house to keep a clean, stocked, and tidy workspace.
  • Works in a fast pace environment.
  • Flexible with job duties.
  • Displays a pro-active innovative approach to skills development and standards enhancement with your team.
  • Pro-active in getting things done and exceeds expectations of both guests and co-workers.
  • Sets a good example of the company dress code and appearance standards ensuring that your team fully complies with these.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
