A leading maritime company located in Miami seeks a Benefits and Wellness Specialist to manage employee benefits programs and wellness initiatives. This role involves administering plans for health, dental, vision, and life insurance for approximately 3,400 employees. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in HR and/or benefits. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential to support employees effectively.
