Project Manager – Hospitality Construction Location: Southeast USA Sector: Commercial Construction / Hospitality Position: Project Manager I am working with a well-established commercial General Contractor that is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their hospitality construction team. This is a strong opportunity for someone who has managed ground-up hospitality projects and wants to join a business that has the systems, support and structure of a larger contractor, without feeling like just another number. The Role The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing commercial hospitality projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with clients, subcontractors, internal project teams and field leadership. You will be managing scheduling, budgets, subcontractor relationships, project financials and overall project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage ground-up hospitality construction projects Oversee project schedules, budgets and financial reporting Manage subcontractor relationships and project coordination Work closely with Superintendents, clients and internal teams Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget Support projects across the southeastern United States Requirements Experience working for a commercial General Contractor Strong background managing hospitality projects Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ Strong understanding of scheduling, subcontractor management and project financials Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast when required Why This Opportunity?
