About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join its visionary executive team. The CHRO will be tasked with the strategic oversight of human capital management and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring that the company's mission, vision, and values are upheld. This role is pivotal in providing transformational vision and guidance on employee and patient engagement, as well as in the development and implementation of innovative strategies to recruit and retain top talent. Applicants for the CHRO position at the company must have a Master’s degree in a related field, with a Doctoral degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years of progressive healthcare human resources leadership experience. Certification as an SPHR or SHRM-SCP is required or must be obtained within one year of employment.
