Contracts Specialist (Legal)

Unleashed Services, LLC seeks a Contracts Specialist (Legal) to grow with our company, Unleashed Brands, the parent company of Urban Air Adventure Parks, The Little Gym, Snapology, Premier Martial Arts, Class 101, Water Wings & Sylvan Learning. We are growing by leaps and bounds and we need the right person who can support our Legal Team of four attorneys and four Executive Assistants. This is an on-site position based at our Home Office in Bedford, TX (Relocating to Las Colinas 2026) Maintain calendars including noting important deadlines for members of the legal department Collect, update, and maintain franchisee records and other data Draft and send various types of communication electronically and through mail to third parties, franchisees, and vendors Audit legal files to determine missing documents, and obtaining missing documents Proactively identify and suggest ideas for continuous improvement to the franchise administration process Ensure all contracts are captured in the designated repository and relevant events are communicated internally and to external business partners Communicate effectively with Legal Team members and with key business clients, including Franchise Development and Onboarding Teams Provide overall administrative support as needed to the Unleashed Brands Legal Department Complete special projects as requested Manage, oversee and track franchisee transfers, renewals, terminations, and other interdepartmental franchisee related events Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Contracts Coordinator, or Project Manager in a fast-paced corporate and/or law firm setting Detail-oriented, very organized, and possesses the ability to prioritize Experience with contracts or transactional documents Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Microsoft Word, Outlook and Docusign Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time management skills Manage projects from start to finish, coordinating across departments Strong ability to follow processes and procedures Ability to work independently as well in a team setting Experience in handling, reading, and executing contracts required Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing Experience with electronic signature programs, electronic filing systems, and other data programs Although not required, experience in franchising is a plus Ability to work in-office at least four (4) days a week Company Paid Holidays Flexible Paid Time Off Multiple health care insurance plans that cover medical, dental, prescription, vision, and employer HSA contributions Competitive 401(k) Program with employer matching contributions Daily dress code of “business casual” A positive work environment And much, much more Company Description Unleashed Brands was founded to curate and grow a portfolio of the most innovative and profitable brands that help kids learn, play and grow.
