Terminal ManagerTitan Mid-Atlantic is seeking a well-rounded Terminal Manager to lead a high-volume, rail-served cement distribution facility in Castle Hayne, NC.This role is accountable for the full performance of the terminal—safety, service, cost, reliability, and people. It is neither a desk-only management role nor a purely field-based role. Success requires a leader who can move effectively between the floor and the office: driving execution in the operation while managing the administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities that support a well-run site.The Terminal Manager leads a stand-alone operation with no co-located functional support and is expected to deliver results by independently prioritizing work and leveraging internal and external resources, including contractor support, to meet operational and business objectives.Core areas of accountability include safety, environmental & site leadership, terminal operations (rail & truck), maintenance, reliability & asset stewardship, team leadership & workforce management, administrative & business management, and cost management & continuous improvement.QualificationsRequired qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of experience in industrial or asset-intensive operations, progressive leadership responsibility, working knowledge of day-to-day operational execution, general understanding of safety and regulatory requirements, basic computer proficiency, strong communication skills, and demonstrated ability to solve problems, prioritize work, and adapt in a dynamic operating environment.Preferred qualifications include prior experience in a hands-on industrial terminal, warehouse, or transportation environment, experience supervising hourly employees or coordinating shift-based work, exposure to equipment maintenance, contractor coordination, fleet operations, or yard/site management, familiarity with cost awareness, productivity tracking, or performance metrics, and experience operating in a safety-driven, regulated environment with strong site standards.
