Job Title: Project Manager – Glass and Glazing

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

Are you an experienced Project Manager in the glass and glazing industry looking for a new and exciting opportunity? I am working with a well known glass ang glazing company in the SE who is actively looking to bring on a PM in Charlotte, NC. As a big player in the Southeast, they are seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to lead their prestigious glass and glazing projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project management for commercial storefront, curtain wall, and related glass and glazing projects.
• Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, procurement, and construction, to achieve project objectives.
• Foster strong client relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
• Provide effective leadership and mentorship to project teams, encouraging collaboration and high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the glass and glazing industry.
• Strong project management background with a focus on commercial storefront and curtain wall projects.
• In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, materials, and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Charlotte, North Carolina.

Salary:

Up to $120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
