Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly-qualified attorney to join its expanding team in Glendale, CA. The firm handles a robust caseload in federal and state courts, focusing on consumer and employment class actions, including wage-and-hour, unfair business practices, discrimination, and false advertising matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on significant cases against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies. Duties Manage and prosecute class and representative actions. Conduct discovery and engage in motion practice. Appear in court and perform oral advocacy. Take and defend depositions. Travel occasionally for case-related matters. Requirements Licensed to practice law in California or pending admission. 5+ years of experience in civil litigation. Experience with class actions and complex litigation preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of California. Skills Strong oral and written advocacy skills. Proficiency in managing complex litigation. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
